Travel to New Orleans for jazz and savory jambalaya. Improvised and spontaneous, "jazz" has been called "America's Classical Music." Join us for a demonstration of traditional and mainstream jazz, and enjoy a lunch of New Orleans jambalaya with all the trimmings. 
There will be hot dogs for those who are not "jazzed" by jambalaya.
